Currency and Taxation: All listed prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise specified.

Discount Redemption: Promotional vouchers (e.g., $8.00 or $15.00 discounts) must be applied at the point of checkout. WAIZ cannot apply promotional benefits retroactively to completed orders.

Bundle Integrity: Promotional pricing for 5-carton bundles applies strictly to the specific quantities and product lines as advertised.

1.3 Logistics and Fulfillment Policy

Service Timeline: WAIZ is committed to the fulfillment and completion of local deliveries within two (2) working days from the date of order confirmation.

Execution: To maintain this standard, the Company utilizes a combination of internal logistics and authorized third-party logistics partners.

Unattended Deliveries: Should the Customer be unavailable at the designated address, goods will be secured at the premises’ entrance or with building security.

Transfer of Risk: Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon successful delivery. WAIZ shall not be held liable for items misplaced, stolen, or damaged following a documented drop-off.

Complimentary Shipping: Free delivery is applicable specifically to “5-Carton Bundle” promotions or orders meeting the minimum spend criteria established on the website.

1.4 Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Finality of Sale: Due to the nature of food and beverage products and stringent health safety protocols, all transactions are final.

Defective Goods: Claims for damaged or incorrect shipments must be submitted within 24 hours of receipt via WhatsApp or Email, supported by photographic documentation.

Resolution: WAIZ reserves the exclusive right to offer an exchange or credit at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.
